2. Placing an Order and Contract of Sale When you place an order for a Party in a Box or any other product on our site, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A legally binding contract between us is only formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that your goods have been shipped. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to inventory shortages or payment issues.

3. Pricing and Payment All prices on our website are displayed in GBP (£). We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay. Payment is taken at the time you place your order. While we try to ensure all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

4. Shipping and Delivery We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and on our Shipping Information page. Please note that these are estimates, and delays can occasionally occur due to postal network issues. 6. Product Descriptions and Accuracy We make every effort to display the colours, contents, and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be perfectly accurate. We reserve the right to modify the contents of a Party in a Box (for example, swapping a specific balloon colour for a nearly identical one) if a specific item is out of stock, ensuring the replacement is of equal or higher value and fits the theme.
