Shipping Information
We know that when it comes to parties, timing is everything. At Kindred Party, we work hard to get your beautiful decorations out of our door and onto your party table as quickly as possible.
Processing times as a small business, we personally pack every order with care.
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days
- Please note: Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
UK Shipping Options
We ship across the UK using Royal Mail. You can choose your preferred speed at checkout:
- Standard Delivery (3–5 business days): £3.99 or FREE on orders over £50.
- Express Delivery (1–2 business days): £6.99.
Will it arrive in time for my party? To play it safe, we always recommend ordering at least 7–10 days before your event. If you are in a last-minute "party emergency," please select Express Delivery and send us a quick note via our Contact Page - we will do our very best to prioritise your order!
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the UK. We hope to expand to our kindred friends overseas very soon!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been whisked away by the postman, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
