Product & Styling

I’m not a professional decorator—can I really do this myself? Absolutely! That’s why Kindred Party exists. We curate items that make a big impact with very little effort. If you can tape a banner or blow up a balloon, you’ve got this. Each box comes with a step by step guide, so you can create the perfect party set up with ease. 

Do your Party kits come with everything I need? Yes! Most of our kits include everything you need to host the perfect themed party. Check the individual product descriptions for a full list of "what’s in the box."

How far in advance can I prep my decorations? For the least amount of stress, we recommend prepping banners and paper fans the day before. Air-filled balloons can also be blown up a day in advance!


Orders & Shipping

Can I change or cancel my order? We move quickly to get your party supplies to you! If you need to make a change, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order.

Do you offer local pickup? At this time, we are online-only to keep things simple and fast for everyone.

What should I do if my order is delayed? While we can't control the postman, we’re happy to help track it down. Please check your tracking link first, and if it hasn't moved for 3 days, get in touch.


Returns

Do you accept returns? We want you to love your items! We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened packs of tableware or balloons cannot be returned.
