Returns and Refunds
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your Party in a Box! However, we understand that sometimes plans change or things aren't quite right.
Our returns policy is simple, straightforward, and compliant with UK consumer law.
Our 14-Day Return Guarantee You have the right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to send the items back to us.
Conditions of Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. Because our products are party supplies, for hygiene and resale reasons, all items must be:
- Unused and unopened.
- In their original, undamaged packaging.
- Complete with all items included in the original bundle.
Please note: We cannot accept returns on any personalized items or perishable goods unless they are faulty.
How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@kindredparty.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Wait for confirmation. We will reply within 3 working days with the return shipping address and instructions.

Pack securely. Please ensure the items are packaged safely so they are not damaged in transit.
- Post it back. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 working days.
Damaged or Faulty Items We handpick and carefully pack every box, but if your items arrive damaged or faulty, we are incredibly sorry! Please email us immediately at hello@kindredparty.co.uk with your Order Number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
